Payment Information

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, iCardMall only accepts credit cards. iCardMall.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®,

 

What is a credit card Security Code (CVS Code) and why is it required?

The Security Code is the  3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. It immediately follows the account number. We require you to input this number as part of your order.  It is one of several preventative measures we use to protect you from unauthorized transactions.

 

Why do you require my billing address when everything you deliver is by email?

Our credit card processors verify your address, including zip code, and your phone number in relation to your credit card.  These are just a few of the preventative measures we use to protect you from unauthorized transactions. We do not share this information with others. Please check our Privacy Policy for further details.

Fee and Delivery Information

All orders are subject to a review and verification process and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer’s financial institution may cause delays. All orders are subject to the availability of inventory and may require up to 24 hours to process.

 

When will my gift card arrive?

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of order for your gift card to arrive by email.  In order to improve your gifting experience, we do instantly send your recipient an email notifying them of your purchase and that they will be receiving their e-gift card within the next 24 hours. If you have designated a delivery date in the future, your recipient will receive their notification email within 24 hours of your designated delivery date.

 

What are the fees for the gift cards?

There are no fees for the merchant specific gift cards purchased at iCardMall. There is a small handling fee for the iCardMall Gift Card of $3.95. This fee covers our transaction and customer service costs for giving you and your recipient the choice of redeeming the iCardMall Gift Card for any of the Participating Merchants on iCardMall.com.  We feel this fee is a bargain compared to other credit card company gift cards who charge up to $7.95 for a similar product.

 

We also charge $0.99 for our e-greeting cards. There is always at least one free choice –it’s totally up to you. Our free e-greeting cards do not have a design and do not have any pre-arranged message for you. For $0.99, you have a choice from many artistically designed greeting cards with a heartfelt message inside. Either way, you can always add your own personal message to any of our e-greeting cards.

 

There are no other fees at iCardMall! You get your e-gift card with an e-greeting card within 24 hours with no shipping or other fees!

Delivery of our e-gift cards must be to a valid email address.

Viewing on my Smart Phone

Your e-gift card(s) can easily be viewed from any smart phone (a mobile phone with internet and email access/capabilities). By accessing your email with your e-gift card, click on the link provided in the email to your e-gift card, and it will be viewable on your screen, including the gift card image, merchant name, gift card number, gift card amount, and Terms and Conditions. With this information in the palm of your hand, you can even spend your e-gift card right from your mobile smart phone! Please note that the e-greeting card will not be viewable on the smart phone view at this time.

iCardMall Gift Card Information

What is an iCardMall Gift Card?

An iCardMall Gift Card is a gift card to iCardMall.com. It can be exchanged at iCardMall.com for merchant specific gift cards from any of the popular merchants listed at iCardMall.

 

 

Your iCardMall Gift Card does not expire and is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. iCardMall Gift Cards are not redeemable on the websites or in the stores of Participating Merchants. Merchants are subject to change.

 

 

Where do I find my iCardMall Gift Card Number?

The iCardMall Gift Card number can be found right under the gift card image at the top left side of your document.

 

Where do I find my iCardMall Gift Card PIN #?

The iCardMall Gift Card PIN # is sent to you in a separate email from your iCardMall Gift Card. This assures greater security of your gift card. You should receive your iCardMall Gift Card first, then a second email immediately following it with your PIN#. Once you print your gift card, your iCardMall Gift Card Number and PIN# will both be visible together on your print-out.

 

How are iCardMall Gift Cards delivered?

All the gift cards purchased at iCardMall, including iCardMall Gift Cards, are delivered via email.

 

How do I redeem an iCardMall Gift Card?

Step 1: Go to the iCardMall Gift Card Redeem page and enter your iCardMall Gift Card number and PIN Code and press “GO”.  The page will automatically refresh, and you will see your total balance. Below your balance, our mall area will appear, and you may begin choosing the merchant(s) to redeem the iCardMall Gift Card by clicking on that merchant logo. If you have more than one iCardMall Gift Card, you can only redeem one at a time.

Step 2: Next, choose the amount of your gift card from the pull down menu. Your email address will be pre-populated with the email addressed used to deliver your iCardMall Gift Card. You may not change this email address.

 

Step 3: When you are finished shopping, click “Checkout” or "I'm done Redeeming". When you checkout, the value of your iCardMall Gift Card is deducted from your cart total. Review your purchases. If they are correct, click Complete Purchase. Checkout is complete when you receive your Order Confirmation Number.

Step 4: The gift cards you have chosen will be emailed to you within 24 hours or less.  Once received, you can shop with them immediately online or in the store, based on that Participating Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.

 

 

How do I enter more than one iCardMall Gift Card?

At this time, you are only able to spend one iCardMall Gift Card at a time. If you have more than one iCardMall Gift Card, you will need to go through the purchase process separately each time you wish to redeem a single iCardMall Gift Card.   We are working on making this experience better.

 

Can I use my iCardMall Gift Card in a merchant’s store or on its website?

No. An iCardMall Gift Card must be redeemed only at iCardMall.com’s website. Once you have completed the Redeem process, you will receive your merchant gift card(s) by email, which can then be spent immediately online or by taking a print-out or your merchant gift card number into a store, depending on the merchant. If you have a smart phone (a mobile phone with internet capabilities) you can access your e-gift card by opening your email from your phone and presenting the screen to the retailer.

 

 

What if I can't find a denomination that matches my iCardMall Gift Card value?

The gift cards on our site are sold in set denominations, including the iCardMall Gift Card. You also don't have to spend your iCardMall Gift Card all at once; you can come back to the site to redeem any remaining balances later.

 

 

What is my  iCardMall Gift Card balance?

By navigating to the Redeem page, you may check the balance of your iCardMall Gift Card by inputing the iCardMall Gift Card number and PIN # and pressing “GO”.  The page will instantly refresh and show your current balance.

Merchant Gift Card and Information

Who are the Participaing Merchants at  iCardMall.com?

Visit www.icardmall.com and click on Shop Now to view our mall area and the listing of our Participating Merchants. The mall is searchable using the search tabs to the right of the mall, or by entering in a particular merchant name in the search box.

 

iCardMall.com offers gift cards from your favorite merchants that are all received via email. They are just as good –if not better - than the gift cards you would buy if you went to the store. Why are they better? Because you didn’t actually have to go to the store to buy the gift card, and then go to another store to buy a greeting card to package it. THEN-write up all the addresses on an envelope, find a stamp. You also don't have to go to the post office or worry that someone will steal your gift card in the mail. It’s all done in three secure, easy steps at iCardMall.

 

How are the merchant gift cards delivered?

All our gift cards are e-gift cards – which means they are all delivered to your or your recipient via email. You can access your gift card via a computer or smart mobile phone that can link to your email. A smart mobile phone is a mobile phone with internet capabilities.  The e-gift card can be viewed on the screen of your computer or smart phone, or printed out from any printer.  Please note that, at this time, only the e-gift card is viewable and spendable from any smart phone - the e-greeting card cannot be viewed on a smart phone, but can be viewed from any PC and printed if connected to a printer.

 

 

 

Can I search for a specific merchant gift card?

Yes. Go to the Search field at the top of our mall area to search for a specific merchant gift card by name.

 

Can’t find what you’re looking for? We’re probably working on getting that merchant signed up with us just as you read this.  But, just in case, we welcome your suggestions and input by email at customersupport@icardmall.com or suggest a merchant by emailing us at merchants@icardmall.com . We read every email and are looking for merchants interested in selling e-gift cards, both big and small.  If  you suggest a merchant and they sign up with iCardMall, you will receive a $25 iCardMall Gift Card as a thank you from us.

 

 

Do merchant gift cards expire?

Our merchants gift cards are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of that individual company.  iCardMall Gift Cards never expire.

 

Where can I redeem a merchant gift card?

It depends on the merchant. For some of our merchants, your e-gift card is redeemable both in-stores or online.  For others, their e-gift card is only redeemable online, usually because they are a strictly online business.  Please see the Terms and Conditions section located on your e-gift card for information specific to the merchant gift card you have to understand where your gift card is redeemable.

For in-store redemption, you can either use a printout of your e-gift card/e-greeting card, or access your email and e-gift card using your smart mobile phone, and present the e-gift card from your mobile phone screen.

 

 

Why does/doesn't my gift card have a bar code?

Whether or not your card has a bar code depends on the merchant. Some merchants have bar code readers in their stores that make it easier to redeem your gift card in the store. Many merchants are still working on making this technology available in their stores. It all depends on the merchant. Every e-gift card should have a gift card number

My Account

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple. There are two ways you can create an account.

 

2. You can also create an account during your purchase process. When you have finished selecting your purchases, click on “Checkout” from the My Cart screen.  You will have three options for checking out. Click on Create an Account, and enter the requested information. Update your account information at any time by signing in to your account with your username and password.

 

 

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, we can email you a new one. Simply go to Login, click on the Forgot Your Password? link, and submit your answer the security question. ou will receive an email from us with your new password. Once you login again, you can change your new password. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive and should be entered exactly as you provided.

 

 

Can I access my order history?

Login to your account to access your order history and even re-order gift cards you've purhcased in the past.

 

 

Can I check the status of my order?

Login to your account to access your order status. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours that your order has been processed, please call customer service at 1-877-443-8264, and have your Order Number ready.

 

Can I store my payment information on your site?

No. At this time, for your security, iCardMall.com does not store your credit card information. You will need to enter your credit card and other payment information every time you place an order.  However, if you create an account with us, you won't have to enter your personal information such as address, phone number, etc. every time you shop.

Order Status

How can I track my order?

Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours that your order has been processed, please call Customer Service Fulfillment at 1-877-443-8264, and have your Order Number ready.

 

My order should have arrived by now, but it hasn’t. What should I do?

There are several reasons why a recipient may not be able to receive an email from iCardMall.com and others. Most common reasons include:

  • Recipient’s Internet security setting is very high (sender is not on the safe list)
  • Recipient’s firewall blocks the email
  • Recipient’s email inbox has exceeded its size limit
  • Invalid email address

Please see if any of these reasons may have caused the email to not be received. Then contact Customer Service Fulfillment and we will resend the certificate.

 

What can I do if I received an incomplete or incorrect order?

Please contact Customer Service Fulfillment at 1-877-443-8264.

 

What can can I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

If your e-gift card is lost or stolen after having received it from the merchant, you must report it to the merchant. You can usually find a toll-free customer service telephone number in the Terms and Conditions section of your e-gift card. These are printed on your e-gift card. Replacement of your gift card will be determined by issuing merchant’s policy. Some merchants do not replace lost or stolen gift cards, others do, and some may charge a fee for replacement. If a merchant does offer to replace the lost or stolen gift card, you will likely be required to show proof of purchase and/or provide the ID number on the card. Most merchants provide toll-free numbers to report lost or stolen cards.
