Collected Information

The information we may collect from our customers helps us improve your use and purchase of the products at iCardMall.com. The following are examples of the information we may collect.

• Information You Give Us: We receive and store all information you enter on our Web site or which may be provided to us by you in other ways such as email.  If you limit the information you provide us, it may also limit your ability to use many of our features or services. We use and maintain certain information you provide for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to responding to your requests, customizing features to ease your shopping experience and preferences, improving our Site and products, and communicating with you as well as other services we may provide from time to time. When you update information in your account, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records, but we are not obligated to do so.
• Cookies: We receive and store information whenever you interact with the Site. Our Site uses "cookies" and we may collect information about your Web browser and other content served by or on behalf of iCardMall.com on other web sites operated by third parties.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser. Cookies allow our systems to recognize your browser and to enable features that could enhance your shopping experience at iCardMall and may assist in faster loading and use of the Site.  They may also allow storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.  If you would like to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, manage cookies, or to disable cookies completely, please use the Help portion of the toolbar, available on most browsers or contact your software provider. However, we recommend that you allow your cookies feature to remain enabled so that you may take advantage of some of iCardMall.com's important features. For example, by blocking or rejecting our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any iCardMall.com products and services that require you to sign in.
• E-mail Communications: We receive a confirmation when you open any e-mail or Gift Card product from iCardMall.com if your computer supports such features. We may review our customer list against customer and other lists received from third parties, in an effort to avoid sending duplicative or unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mails or other solicitations from us, please adjust Your Account preferences accordingly.
• Information from Other Sources: We may from time to time receive information about you from other sources, third party websites linked to our Site, affiliated companies or partners and add it to our account information.

Shared Information

The privacy of your personal information is important to us. We are not in the business of selling your information we obtain to third parties. We only share customer information with current or future iCardMall subsidiaries under our control that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or have their own policies that are, at a minimum, as protective as these policies.

We may share your personal information with other companies and individuals in order to process and/or fulfill your Gift Card order(s), send email, provide customer service, and other functions related to Services at the Site as noted below. In addition, some or all of your personal information may be disclosed to our Participating Merchants for which you or your recipient will be redeeming your Gift Card.  We are not responsible for any additional information you provide to third parties, and we encourage you to become familiar with their privacy practices before disclosing information directly to them. We may be required to disclose your personal information as required by law, as in response to subpoenas or other legal demands for information.

We work with third party providers that may require your information to process your requests, orders or instructions made during your visit to iCardMall. For example, our fulfillment partners, need certain information to properly process an order for an e-gift card, and to send you confirmation that the e-gift card was sent and received. We do not store or maintain your credit card information.  In some cases, some of this same information is shared with the retailers or merchants associated with your e-gift card.  These retailers and merchants sell products or services for which you or your recipient will be redeeming your gift card. They have access to personal information needed to perform their specific services or functions, but may not use the information for other purposes. See our mall area for some examples of these merchants.

From time to time, we may send offers to  iCardMall.com customers on behalf of other third party businesses. If we do this, we do not divulge your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjust Your Account preferences to block third party offers and promotions. We recommend that you become a follower of iCardMall on Facebook or Twitter to receive special offers from us.

Business Transfers: If our company is sold, customer information is usually transferred with the business assets, but such information remains subject to any pre-existing Privacy Notice in effect when the information was disclosed.

Protection of iCardMall and Others: We reserve the right to release account and other personal information when we believe the release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of iCardMall, our users or others. This may include, but is not limited to exchanging information with third parties for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.  However, this exchange or use does not include selling, renting, sharing, or disclosing personally identifiable information from customers.

Information Security

iCardMall is committed to providing protection against unauthorized disclosure of the information you share with us.

• We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personally identifiable information.
• We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. To process your order, we are required to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company. At this time, iCardMall does not store or maintain your credit card information.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to always log off when using a shared or public computer. You are responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using your password.

Third Party Links

Our site may from time to time feature or use third-party advertising and/or hyper links to other web sites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party web sites.

By using these links or accessing the advertisements, the third party or its agents automatically receive your IP address and personal information you provide them and may use other methods of determining the overall effectiveness of their advertisements, viewing times, and use tracking. We do not have control over the third party website features they use or the information and privacy practices of these companies. iCardMall gives you access to your account and your interactions with iCardMall to view or update your account information.

This includes limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California.
